The DALER ROWNEY Simply brush with stiff hog bristles is a great choice for beginners and hobby artists who work with thick oil paints or acrylic paints. The firm bristles hold their shape and leave clear brushstrokes, carry a larger amount of paint, and leave a bold texture and visible brushwork on the canvas. The long handle lets you work comfortably from a distance from your easel.
To help the brush last, wipe oil paint off with a cloth after painting, wash it with solvent, then clean it with soapy water. For acrylic paints, simply wash the brush in soapy water before the paint dries. After washing, reshape the bristles and let the brush dry flat or hanging with the bristles pointing down.
