DALER ROWNEY Simply Matte Acrylic Medium is a transparent, water-based additive that gives your acrylic paints a matte finish. When mixed into paint, it increases its flow and transparency, which is especially useful for creating delicate glazes. When diluted in a reasonable ratio, it preserves the paint’s original shade.
Once dry, the medium forms a transparent matte film. Thanks to its properties, you can use it not only as an additive mixed directly into paints, but also as a protective matte varnish for finished acrylic artworks.
