Pebeo Satin Spray Varnish provides reliable protection for finished artworks created with acrylic paints, tempera paint, gouache, or watercolors. It creates a transparent layer that effectively protects against UV rays, dust, and moisture while preserving the original color tones and saturation.
The satin finish offers an ideal balance between a matte and gloss surface, adding a soft luminosity to the painting without unwanted strong reflections. Apply the varnish in even passes from an appropriate distance. Once dry, it leaves a perfectly clear film.
- Product type: satin aerosol varnish for final use
- Suitable techniques: acrylic, tempera paint, gouache, watercolor
- Protective properties: protection against UV rays, dust, and moisture
- Application: apply from a distance of 25–30 cm in even passes
- Drying time: 15–30 minutes between coats, fully cured in 24 hours
- Film properties: transparent, does not change the color tones or saturation of the surface
- Safety: use in a ventilated area or outdoors, do not store at temperatures above 50 °C
