Pentart 3D Decorative Pen 30 ml / various shades
An exclusive new product from the well-known Pentart brand lets artists create 3D effects in the form of outlines, dots, and half-pearls. The decorative pen has a thick, water-based color consistency. It is suitable for all types of surfaces. Transparent shades create a gemstone effect, making them more suitable for decorating glass and making jewelry. Metallic shades give surfaces a metallic look. Drying time depends on the type of surface. On porcelain or glass surfaces, drying time is 3 days. On fabric, it is one week, or 30 seconds of ironing on the cotton setting. The fabric can then be washed on a gentle cycle.

I love these products. They arrived quickly, and the packaging was excellent.
The paint is similar to puffy paint. It’s not the easiest to control, but the results are nice.
This copper pen is great for decorating my Christmas ornaments. It creates a lovely raised effect and dries quickly.
