The gel with acrylic gold flakes is ready to use and is best applied undiluted or mixed with acrylic paints using a palette knife on a grease-free surface. If layers thicker than 1 cm are needed, apply them gradually. The drying time of the texture paste depends on the layer thickness and ranges from a few minutes to several hours. The medium can be painted over directly with acrylic paints once dry. The gel can be mixed with water but dries water-insoluble. Mixing it with acrylic black flakes produces metallic shades ranging from yellow gold to antique gold and bronze.
